Terms of Service

Last updated: October 19, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Storecrafto (“Storecrafto”, “we”, “us”), a business based at Ahsan School System, 15/g Road, Chishtian, Pakistan. They govern your access to and use of the Storecrafto platform: the admin dashboard, the Storecrafto Admin mobile app, the storefronts we host for you, our APIs, our AI tools and every related service (together, the “Service”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to them, do not create an account or use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Service Delivery Policy and Copyright & IP Complaints page form part of these Terms. If one of those policies conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail unless the policy says otherwise.

This version replaces the Terms dated June 12, 2026. It applies from signup to every account created on or after October 19, 2026, and to all other accounts from November 18, 2026. The previous version is archived at storecrafto.com/terms/2026-06-12.

1. Acceptance

  • You accept these Terms by ticking the acceptance box when you create an account, by creating or using an account, or by using any part of the Service. Acceptance given electronically is binding, as recognised by the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002. We record the date and the version of the Terms accepted for each account.
  • If you create an account for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that business as well as you personally.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts and to carry on a business where you are based. If you are outside Pakistan, you may use the Service only where that is lawful for you.
  • You must ensure that any staff you invite to your store comply with these Terms, and you are responsible for what they do.

2. Your account

  • Give us accurate, complete and current information, and keep it that way. The store owner must keep a confirmed email address and mobile number on the account; both can be changed from Account → Security and are confirmed with a code. While either is unconfirmed the dashboard stays closed — your storefront stays open to shoppers.
  • Keep your password secret. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication. You are responsible for all activity under your account and your staff accounts, whether or not you authorised it, until you tell us about a problem. Tell us at support@storecrafto.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • Store names and your-store.storecrafto.com subdomains are allotted first come, first served, for as long as your account is open. We may refuse, change or reclaim any that infringe someone's rights, impersonate a person or business, are misleading or offensive, or remain unused after an account closes.
  • We may ask you at any time for evidence of your identity or your business registration, and may refuse or close an account that cannot be verified.
  • The earliest administrator on a store is its owner for the purposes of these Terms, our records and our communications with you.

3. Our access to and control of your account

You own and run your business. We own and operate the platform it runs on. Running a shared platform safely requires full administrative control over every account and store on it, and you accept that as a condition of using the Service. You therefore agree that we may at any time, acting reasonably and without liability to you:

  • Access and review your account, store, settings, content, products, orders, customer records, usage and activity — including by signing in to your dashboard as a platform operator.
  • Monitor use of the Service and the messages sent through it (emails, WhatsApp messages and support conversations, including conversations the storefront chatbot hands over to support) to detect fraud, abuse, security threats and breaches of these Terms.
  • Intervene by changing, correcting or disabling settings, content, listings, domains, integrations or features of your store where we consider it necessary to protect shoppers, other merchants, the platform or ourselves, to fix a fault, or to comply with the law.
  • Restrict your account or store — lock, restrict, suspend or terminate it, remove or disable content, and withhold or revoke features or credits — as set out in Section 5.
  • Keep records of operator actions on your account and of your use of the Service, and retain them after your account closes.
  • Disclose your information where we believe in good faith that a law, court order, regulator, payment provider or law-enforcement request requires it, or that disclosure is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of any person.

We use this access to give you the support you ask for, to keep the platform secure, to prevent fraud and abuse, to run billing, to handle complaints and disputes, to enforce these Terms and to comply with the law — never to compete with you or to sell your data. Operator sign-ins and account actions are logged. Our Privacy Policy describes the data involved. We do not review Your Content before it goes live, but we may review it at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful commerce. You may not use it, or allow anyone else to use it, to:

  • sell, offer or promote anything that is illegal in Pakistan or in the buyer's country — including counterfeit or replica goods, stolen goods, weapons, ammunition and explosives, narcotics and controlled substances, prescription medicines without a licence, hazardous materials, protected wildlife products, or goods subject to sanctions;
  • sell adult content or sexual services; run gambling, lotteries, betting or games of chance; or operate pyramid, multi-level-marketing or “get rich quick” schemes;
  • offer regulated financial services — loans, investments, foreign exchange, crypto-asset trading, money transfer — without the licences the law requires;
  • defraud or mislead anyone: fake or paid reviews, bait pricing, false scarcity, misrepresented products, taking payment without the intent or the ability to deliver, or impersonating another business or person;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights, or publish content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, violent or otherwise unlawful, including under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages, or misuse the email, WhatsApp or webhook features — including messaging people who have not consented or who have opted out;
  • access or attempt to access another store's data, probe or test the security of the Service, interfere with its operation, or get around plan limits, quotas, rate limits or payment;
  • introduce malware, scrape the Service, or run automated tools against it other than through the interfaces we provide for that purpose;
  • use the AI tools to produce content that is unlawful, deceptive or infringing, or that violates our AI providers' policies;
  • resell, sublicense, white-label or otherwise commercially exploit the Service itself — as opposed to your store — without our written agreement;
  • do anything that breaks the rules of the payment providers, couriers or other services you connect through the Service.

This list illustrates what we prohibit; it is not exhaustive. We decide, in our reasonable judgement, whether a store or an activity is in breach.

5. Enforcement — locking, suspension and termination

What we may do. We may take any of the steps below, singly or together, with or without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms; if we receive a legal or regulatory demand or a credible complaint; if your store presents a risk to shoppers, other merchants or the platform (including fraud, chargebacks or a security incident); if your account information is false or cannot be verified; if you do not pay what you owe; or if a payment provider or other partner requires us to.

  • Lock — your access to the dashboard and the app is paused. Your storefront stays live and your subscription continues to be billed.
  • Suspend — your dashboard and your storefront are taken offline. Shoppers cannot see your store while it is suspended.
  • Remove content — we remove or disable products, pages, images, domains or other content.
  • Withhold features — we disable features, integrations or credits, or move you to a different plan.
  • Terminate — we close your account and schedule your store for deletion. Your store, its data and its media are permanently deleted after a grace period (currently seven days) unless we have a legal reason to keep them; the billing records we are required to keep for accounting, the audit log of operator actions on the account, and your conversations with our support team are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

Notice. Where we consider it reasonable, we tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to fix it or respond before we act, or promptly afterwards. Where we believe urgent action is needed — fraud, legal exposure, a security risk or harm to shoppers — we may act immediately and tell you afterwards.

Appeals. You may write to support@storecrafto.com within 14 days of an enforcement action with your explanation and any evidence. We review appeals in good faith; our decision is final within our complaints process. This does not affect your rights under Section 21.

Fees. Enforcement for a breach does not entitle you to a refund. A store suspended for an unpaid invoice can still sign in to pay, and is restored when the balance is settled.

No liability. We are not liable for any loss you suffer because of an enforcement action taken under this Section, including sales lost while your store is locked, suspended or deleted.

6. Plans, fees and billing

  • Plans and their limits are listed on our pricing page. Fees are in Pakistani Rupees and are billed in advance as a flat monthly subscription. We take no commission on your sales.
  • Trial and free plan. A new store may receive a free trial of a paid plan (the length is shown on the pricing page; no card is required) or use the free plan, which has limited features. At the end of a trial your first invoice falls due; if it stays unpaid past the grace period stated in our reminders, your store goes offline until it is paid. We may change, limit or withdraw trials and the free plan at any time.
  • Taxes. Fees exclude taxes unless we say otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your subscription and to your own sales — including sales tax, income tax and withholding — and for your registrations with the Federal Board of Revenue and provincial revenue authorities where the law requires them. If the law requires you to withhold tax from a payment to us, you will gross up the payment so that we receive the full fee, and send us the withholding certificate.
  • Payment. You pay by the methods we offer (currently PayFast and bank transfer). Invoices are due by the date shown on them. If an invoice stays unpaid after our reminders your store goes offline until it is paid, and we may cancel the subscription if it remains unpaid. Paying restores the store.
  • Add-ons and credits. AI credits, message packs and other metered add-ons are prepaid, consumed as you use them, non-transferable and non-refundable except where these Terms or the law say otherwise. Credits may expire as stated when you buy them. Where your plan includes an allowance of a metered resource — AI credits or WhatsApp messages — use beyond the allowance is charged at the rates shown in the dashboard, drawn from a prepaid pack or added to your next invoice as the dashboard states.
  • Plan changes. You can upgrade or downgrade from Billing. An upgrade takes effect when it is paid. You can move to a smaller plan only once your store fits within its limits — the dashboard tells you what to remove — and features the new plan does not include switch off at the change. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Price changes. We may change our prices. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects their next renewal. Where we have promised you a fixed price, that promise applies as stated.
  • Limits and fair use. Every plan carries limits — products, staff, storage, visits, AI credits, messages. We may enforce them technically, and we may apply reasonable fair-use limits to any resource described as unlimited.
  • Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Payments from your customers and your gateway accounts

  • Payment processing is performed by the providers you connect (EasyPaisa, PayFast) or arranged directly between you and your customer (bank transfer or cash on delivery). Storecrafto is not a payment processor, money transmitter, escrow agent or party to any sale between you and your customers.
  • Your relationship with each provider is governed by that provider's own agreement. Settlement, payout timing, fees, chargebacks and reversals are between you and the provider, and you remain responsible for them, including where they result from fraud.
  • You authorise us to store the gateway credentials you give us — encrypted — and to transmit them to the gateway solely to process your orders. Keep them accurate, and revoke them with the gateway if you leave.
  • You must not take payment for anything prohibited by Section 4 or by the provider's rules.

8. Your customers and your obligations as a seller

  • You are the seller of record for everything sold through your store. You alone are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, stock, delivery, taxes, customer service, warranties, returns and refunds, and for complying with the consumer-protection, e-commerce, product-safety, labelling and advertising laws that apply to you — including Pakistan's provincial consumer protection laws and the laws of any other country you sell to.
  • Publish your own terms, returns policy and privacy notice for your shoppers, and honour them.
  • Shopper data. You decide what personal data to collect from shoppers and why. You are its controller; we process it to provide the Service, on your instructions and as Section 3 and the Privacy Policy describe. You must have a lawful basis for collecting it, give shoppers accurate notice, keep it secure and honour their requests about it.
  • Disputes. A dispute between you and a shopper is yours to resolve. We may give a shopper or an authority your business contact details to help resolve a complaint, and we may act under Section 5 where a store repeatedly fails to deliver or to deal with complaints.

9. Your content and data

  • You keep ownership of everything you upload or create on the Service — products, images, text, logos, customer lists, orders (“Your Content”).
  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, back up, process, transmit, display and adapt Your Content as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service — including showing your storefront to shoppers, producing thumbnails and previews, feeding the AI features you use, and indexing for search. The licence ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service, except for backups and the records we are required to keep.
  • You confirm that you hold every right needed for Your Content, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break Section 4.
  • We do not review Your Content before it goes live, but we may review, remove or disable it at any time under Section 5 or in response to a complaint — see our Copyright & IP Complaints page.
  • Export. You can export your products from the dashboard whenever you have access to it. For a copy of your orders and customer data, write to support@storecrafto.com before you close your account and we will provide it.
  • Backups. We keep backups for disaster recovery. They are not a substitute for your own exports.

10. AI features

  • The Service includes AI tools — AI Studio, the website maker, the assistant and the storefront chatbot — that generate text, images and layouts from your inputs. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, biased or similar to content produced for others. Review everything before you publish it; you are responsible for what you publish. As between you and us, you own the output generated for you, to the extent the law and our providers' terms allow.
  • Your inputs — prompts, product text, images — are sent to the third-party AI providers that power these tools. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train AI models; our providers process them under their own terms.
  • Do not use the AI tools to generate content that breaks Section 4, or to try to extract the providers' models or our instructions.
  • Usage is charged in AI credits at the prices shown in the dashboard. The storefront chatbot draws credits for each shopper conversation it handles. An unusually costly request may be charged more than its listed price, up to your balance. A request the provider refuses is not charged. We may change models, providers, prices and limits at any time.

11. Our intellectual property

  • The Service — its software, themes, templates, section library, designs, images we supply, documentation, and the Storecrafto name and logo — belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of it to you.
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your store while your account is open and in good standing. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, frame or make derivative works of it, or remove our notices.
  • Themes and templates are licensed, not sold, and may be used only on stores hosted with us.
  • Your your-store.storecrafto.com subdomain belongs to us and is allotted to your store while your account is open; you may not sell or transfer it. Custom domains you connect remain yours.
  • If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
  • You may say that your store is “built on Storecrafto”, but you may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or affiliation without our written permission.

12. Third-party services

The Service connects to services run by others — payment gateways, couriers, Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram), Google, AI providers, the registrar you bought your domain from, and app stores. Each is governed by its own terms, which you must comply with. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, acts, omissions or charges. When you connect one, you authorise us to exchange your data with it as needed to make the integration work. We may add, change or remove integrations at any time.

13. Communications

  • We send service messages — verification codes, security alerts, billing, legal notices and changes to the Service — by email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notification or in the dashboard. They are part of the Service and cannot be opted out of while you hold an account. Tips and marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link.
  • A notice to you is effective when it is sent to the email address on your account, so keep it current. Notices to us go to support@storecrafto.com.

14. Confidentiality and early-access features

Each of us will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purposes of this agreement, except where disclosure is required by law. Features marked beta, preview or early access may change or be withdrawn without notice and are provided without any warranty.

15. Availability, changes and support

  • We work to keep the Service available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, outages at our providers and events outside our control may interrupt it.
  • We may add, change or retire features at any time. Where a change materially reduces something your plan includes, we give reasonable advance notice.
  • Support is available by email, WhatsApp and phone during the hours shown on our contact page. Before acting on a request about your account, support may ask you to verify your identity.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement — and without any promise that it will meet your requirements, be secure, or produce any particular level of sales, traffic, search ranking or other result. You use it at your own risk.

17. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor our owners, staff or suppliers are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill or data, or business interruption, however caused — even if we were told it might happen.
  • Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim and PKR 10,000.
  • We are not liable for Your Content, your products or your dealings with shoppers, for third-party services, for enforcement actions taken under Section 5, or for events outside our reasonable control.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

18. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, damage, penalty and cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your products and services, your dealings with shoppers, your breach of these Terms or of the law, taxes you owe, or your infringement of anyone's rights.

19. Term and termination

  • These Terms apply from the moment you create an account until it is closed.
  • By you. Close your store at any time from Account → Security → Request deletion, or by emailing support@storecrafto.com from the address on your account. A cancelled paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Take your data with you before you close — export your products from the dashboard and ask support for a copy of your orders and customers — because after closure you no longer have access.
  • By us. Under Section 5; or on 30 days' notice for any other reason — for example if we stop offering the Service in your region — in which case we refund any fees you prepaid for the unused period.
  • After termination your licence to use the Service ends, your store and its data are deleted after the grace period, and we keep only what the Privacy Policy says we keep. Sections 3, 5, 6 (as to sums owed), 8, 9 (as to records we retain), 11, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 21 and 22 survive termination.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. For a material change we give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect; a change that only clarifies, adds a feature or updates a legal reference takes effect when it is posted with a new date. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept it. If you do not agree, close your account before the effective date. The current version is always at storecrafto.com/terms.

21. Governing law and disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
  • Before starting any proceedings, you agree to write to us and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.
  • The competent courts at Chishtian, Punjab, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service — except that we may seek urgent relief in any court to protect the Service or our intellectual property.

22. General

  • These Terms, with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any earlier agreement.
  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
  • Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
  • We may assign this agreement to an affiliate or to a successor of our business; you may not assign it without our written consent.
  • Neither of us is liable for a failure caused by events outside our reasonable control — but this does not excuse you from paying what you owe.
  • You and we are independent parties; nothing here creates a partnership, agency or employment.
  • These Terms are written in English; if we publish a translation, the English version governs.
  • “Including” means “including without limitation”.
