Service Delivery Policy

Storecrafto is a digital software service (a hosted e-commerce platform). There are no physical goods shipped — service is delivered electronically to your account.

What you receive

• Access to your Storecrafto admin dashboard to manage products, orders, and settings.
• A live storefront on a free your-store.storecrafto.com subdomain (custom domains on the Business plan).
• All features included in the plan you subscribed to.

Delivery timeline

• Immediate: your account and dashboard are activated as soon as you sign up — typically within a few minutes.
• Your storefront subdomain goes live the moment you publish it; a custom domain becomes live once its DNS records are verified (usually minutes, occasionally up to a few hours for DNS to propagate).
• There is nothing to ship and no waiting for a courier.

Availability

The service is delivered over the internet and is accessible anywhere — within Pakistan and internationally — from any modern web browser. We work to keep it available at all times, subject to occasional maintenance.
