Which payment methods are supported?
You connect your own payment accounts — EasyPaisa, debit/credit cards (via PayFast), bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery. Whichever methods you connect are the ones shown to your customers at checkout. Payments settle directly into your account.
Does my money pass through Storecrafto?
Never. You connect your own gateway accounts, so every payment goes straight from your customer to you. We have no access to your revenue — we only charge the flat subscription.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Storecrafto is fully hosted and managed — we handle the servers, updates and security for you. You get an admin dashboard to manage products, orders, customers, and settings.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. Every store gets a free storecrafto.com subdomain the moment you sign up, and you can connect your own domain on any plan — SSL is provisioned automatically.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a free trial, so you only pay once the trial ends. You can cancel anytime before then.
Does Storecrafto charge anything beyond the subscription?
No hidden fees and 0% commission on your sales. You pay a flat monthly subscription and that's it. Money flows directly between your customers and your account.
Do I need a photographer for product photos?
No. AI Studio is built into your dashboard: upload a phone photo and remove the background, place it on a solid colour, gradient or AI-generated scene, or show clothing on a lifelike virtual model. It can also draft the product title, description and image alt text for you.
Can the store answer customers in Urdu?
Yes. The AI sales chatbot detects Roman Urdu and replies in Roman Urdu. It recommends real products from your catalog, answers price and stock questions, tracks orders, and can add items to the customer's cart. It's off until you switch it on.
Does it send order updates on WhatsApp?
Yes, on the Growth and Pro plans. Customers can get order confirmation, payment, dispatch (with courier tracking), delivery and refund messages on WhatsApp, and you can get an alert on your own number the moment an order comes in. You can also add a WhatsApp chat button to your storefront so buyers message you directly.
