Delete your Storecrafto account

Store owners can ask us to delete their Storecrafto account at any time. Deleting the account deletes the store with it.
How to request deletion
- In the app or on the web: in the Storecrafto Admin Android app or at app.storecrafto.com, go to Account → Security → Request deletion (on a phone: Menu → Security).
- By email: email support@storecrafto.com from the email address on your account, with your store name.
What happens next
We confirm the request with you before anything is removed, and our team then completes the deletion.
What is deleted
- Your store and its storefront
- Products, orders, and your customers and their data
- Uploaded images and media
- Your owner login and all staff access
What is kept
Invoice records we are required to keep for accounting are retained, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Bought from a store?
Your details belong to the store you bought from, so ask that store to delete them — we help the store fulfil the request.
