Getting paid — payment methods

Your money is yours

Storecrafto never sits between you and your revenue. You connect your own payment accounts, so every payment settles directly with you. We take 0% commission on your sales — our only charge is the flat subscription for the platform. Whatever a customer pays goes straight to your account.

You choose which methods to offer. Whichever ones you turn on are the ones your customers see at checkout, so you can start with what suits you and add more later.

Where to set it up

Payment methods are managed in Settings → Payments. There you enable the methods you want and enter the details each one needs.

The methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — the customer pays when the order arrives. It needs no gateway account, so it is the quickest way to start taking orders and remains the most trusted option for many buyers in Pakistan.
• Bank transfer — the customer pays into your bank account and you confirm the payment against the order. You provide your account details for checkout to display.
• EasyPaisa — connect your own EasyPaisa merchant account so mobile-wallet payments settle directly to you.
• PayFast — connect your own gopayfast.com merchant account to accept wallet and debit/credit card payments, all settling directly to you.

For EasyPaisa and PayFast you enter your own gateway credentials in the payments settings. Because the accounts are yours, the funds land in your account and you deal with your provider directly for settlement.

Choosing what to offer

• Starting out? COD alone is enough to take your first orders.
• Add bank transfer for buyers who prefer to pay up front by transfer.
• Connect EasyPaisa and PayFast once you have merchant accounts, to accept wallet and card payments online.

After a sale

Confirmed payments appear against the order in your Orders area. For COD you collect on delivery; for bank transfer you confirm receipt; for the wallet gateways the order reflects the payment once it is completed. Refunds are recorded against the order — for COD and bank transfer you return the money to the buyer directly, and for wallet payments you process the refund through your own gateway account.

There are no hidden fees and no cut of your sales — just the methods you choose, settling into the accounts you own.
