Create your store and get set up

Sign up and confirm your email and mobile number

Head to the registration page and enter your details to create your account. We then send a one-time code to your email address and another by SMS to your mobile number — enter both and your dashboard opens. Verification keeps your store secure and makes sure order and support notifications reach a real inbox and a real phone.

The Free plan costs nothing, and every paid plan starts with a free trial, so you can build your store and explore the dashboard before any payment is due.

Find your way around the dashboard

Once you are in, the admin dashboard is where you run the whole business. The main areas are:

• Products — add and manage what you sell.
• Orders — view, fulfil, and refund orders as they come in.
• Customers — see who has bought from you.
• Discounts — create promotional codes.
• Analytics — track sales and top products.
• Settings — your store name, domain, theme, payments, shipping, staff, and billing.

A setup checklist on the dashboard walks you through the first few tasks, and a guided tour points out the key areas the first time you sign in.

The onboarding basics

To get your storefront ready to share, work through these steps in roughly this order:

1. Set your store details in Settings — your store name and general information.
2. Choose a theme in Settings → Theme, then customise the look to match your brand.
3. Add a few products so your storefront has something to show.
4. Set up shipping zones and rates so customers can check out.
5. Turn on your payment methods in Settings → Payments — Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or PayFast.

Go live

Your store is hosted for you — there are no servers to manage. As soon as you publish, your storefront is live on a free your-store.storecrafto.com subdomain that you can share straight away. When you are ready, you can connect your own custom domain from Settings → Domain.

Take it one step at a time. Most sellers have a working storefront ready within their first session.
