Contacting support

Help is built into your dashboard

When you need a hand running your store, you do not have to leave the admin to ask. The Help menu in your dashboard is the quickest way to get support:

• Help centre — opens these how-to articles, which cover the common tasks and answer most questions on their own.
• Contact support — opens a short form where you can describe what you need help with.

Sending a message

Choose Contact support from the Help menu, write a subject and a short description of your question or issue, and send it. It helps to be specific — what you were trying to do, what happened, and the name of any order or product involved — so we can get to the point without a round of back-and-forth.

The current page you are on is included with your message, which gives us useful context about where you were in the dashboard when you got in touch.

How we reply

We reply by email. Once you send a message, our response comes to the email address on your account, so keep an eye on your inbox after getting in touch. You can carry on using your store as normal while you wait — there is nothing you need to keep open.

Before you write

Many questions are answered faster by the help centre than by waiting for a reply, so it is worth a quick look first:

Note on scope

This support channel is for you, the store owner, to reach the Storecrafto team. It is separate from the contact and messaging tools your own customers use to reach *you* about their orders.
